By viewing, using, or purchased on our platforms or anything made available on or through our platforms, (includes  all online and offline platforms, memberships, content, websites, apps,  offline and online events, programs, services, graphics, images, words,  information, materials, data, databases, design, layout, intellectual  property, words, etc) (collectively  referred to as “Platforms”), you are agreeing to accept all that is in  these Terms & Conditions, Disclaimers, and Privacy Policies below.

These  terms and conditions govern your access to and use of Just Fearless,  Herstory Connections, subsidiaries & assigns that link to or  reference these terms. By accessing, creating an account, or using our  platforms (includes all online and offline  platforms, memberships, content, websites, apps, offline and online  events, programs, services, graphics, images, words, information,  materials, data, databases, design, layout, intellectual property,  words, etc) you agree to these Terms and therefore constitute  between you and Us, Just Fearless, Herstory Connections, subsidiaries  and assigns.

Herstory Connections - Subscription Pricing and Terms:
Herstory Connections is open to all women founded entities over the age  of 18. The application for membership on this site must be fully  completed along with required documentation to verify that the business  is indeed owned by a woman or women. Herstory Connections is exclusively for Women creating the World's Largest Global Connection for Women Owned Businesses. It's HERstory Made. For the members of Herstory Connections there are 2 tier membership levels  with features and perks to connect and engage your target audience.  General Ad Supported Tier and VIP Gold Tier. Users looking to be  included in our directory have 2 options; a Paid General Membership with  Ads (General Tier) or a Paid Premium Membership (VIP Tier) with extra  perks and features.
 

Herstory Connections Members are able to purchase their membership  through the website to enroll in the General or VIP Tier membership  levels. All General Tier members are required to be subscribed to our  emails as part of their membership, if  you unsubscribe from our emails at any point your membership(s) will be  immediately canceled as well as access to all of our platforms with NO  refunds given whatsoever and no notification from us.  By  registering you certify that you are a female founded owned business.  The membership subscription auto renews annually unless they log in and  cancel their membership. There are NO refunds as all sales are final. Reminders are emailed approximately 7 days before the auto renewal  happens with an option to upgrade, turn off auto renewal, or cancel if  desired at the pricing offered. Options and pricing are subject to  change without notice. Membership subscription renews automatically  unless turned off or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the  membership subscription.
 

Changes to the Terms of Use
We may change the terms from time to time. You understand and agree that  your access to the platforms is governed by the Terms effective at the  time of your access to or use of the platforms. When and if we make  changes to these terms, it will be made available on this page. The date  listed on this page is the date revisions were last made. If you  continue to access or use our platforms, you will be bound by the  updated terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated terms, you can cancel your account by sending a message through our Contact Us Page with NO refund given under any circumstances.  Any such modification will be effective upon our posting of the new  terms
 

Using Our Platforms and Your Commitment
"You", "Your", "their", and "they" refer to you as the User of our  platforms. A "User" is someone who accesses, browses, or in any other  way uses our platforms. "Platforms" includes any and all online  and offline platforms, memberships, content, websites, social media,  apps, offline and online events, programs, products, services, graphics,  images, words, information, materials, data, databases, design, layout,  intellectual property, words, etc. "We", "Us", and "Our"  refers to Just Fearless, HERstory Connections, Subsidiaries and  Assigns.  Please read everything carefully. We reserve the right to  change the terms at any time without notice, and by using our platforms  you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimers, and Privacy  Policy as they appear, whether or not you have read them. If you do not  agree with these, please do not use our platforms.
 

You agree to the following for view and use of our platforms:

You must be 18 years or older. By  accessing our platforms you agree to receive email communications in  connection with the platforms. VIP members can opt out of non-essential  communications in your settings or by unsubscribing. You are welcome to use our platforms except if we have banned you or closed your account. Your  use of the platforms is at your own risk, including the risk that you  might be exposed to Content that is offensive, inaccurate, etc. While  pornography, illegal activity, hate speech, anything that  exploits/harms minors, or violates or advocates the violation is  strictly banned and forbidden, at your own risk it is possible to come  across this before we catch it and ban it. We put forth our best efforts  with the help of the entire community to govern this and keep off of  our platforms. You  may expose yourself to liability if you post private or confidential  information or content or do anything that violates someone else's  rights, including intellectual property, false, intentionally  misleading, or defamatory, or violates any third party right, any  copyrights, any trademarks, or any other intellectual property or  proprietary rights. The platforms may be updated, interrupted, suspended, modified, or discontinued at anytime without notice. Your  account password is your sole responsibility for maintaining the  confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of  any unauthorized use of your account. You  cannot create an account for someone else unless you have their express  written permission. You cannot impersonate someone else nor use another  email address other than your own. You  must provide complete and accurate information about yourself as a user  to the platforms including your registration information. We  reserve the right to close your account, deny your application(s), at  any time for any or no reason and without any compensation of any kind  to you. We have Zero tolerance for objectionable content and/or abusive  users. You are held  accountable and solely responsible for your actions, content,  contributions, and once shared, it cannot always be withdrawn. All  content/contributions published by you is at your own risk. You declare that you own, or are permitted to use, your content as described herein. Your content is not in any way endorsed by us unless a signed written agreement by us is proving otherwise. You  must not send bulk emails, surveys, or other mass messaging, whether  commercial in nature or not; engage in keyword spamming, or otherwise  attempt to manipulate the platforms search results or any third party  website. No refunds as all sales are final. Any and all approvals, changes, and decisions are solely our right to make and are final.  In the rare instance a refund is approved (at our sole discretion) it is  issued in net 30 days from approval. The approval will be revoked if a  chargeback/dispute is done before the 30 day period is complete.  You  irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against Just Fearless,  HERstory Connections, it's subsidiaries & assigns and its users any  claims and assertions with respect to your content/contributions of any  kind on our platforms. Some parts of the T&C will be repeated for  the appropriate sections.

We own our content,  including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features,  graphics, design, compilation, including, but not limited to, our  compilation of user content and other platforms content, computer code,  products, software, aggregate user review ratings, and all other  elements and components of the platforms excluding your content, user  content and third party content. The  platforms may include links to other websites or applications (each are  a "third party platform"). Your use of third party platforms is at your  own risk. We do not control any third party platform. You agree that we  are not responsible for the availability or contents of such third  party platforms. When you purchase or access our platforms, you agree that You will not copy, duplicate or steal from our platforms. You understand that doing anything with our platforms, that is contrary to these T&C and is considered theft, and we reserve our right to prosecute theft to the full extent of the law. You may not in any way at any time use, copy, adapt, imply or represent that our platforms is yours or created by you. By downloading, printing, or otherwise using our platforms solely for personal use you in no way assume any ownership rights of the Content/platforms – it is still our property. You must receive our written permission before using any of our platforms for your own business use or before sharing with others. This means that you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, market, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email, website, link or any other electronic means) any of our platforms because that is considered stealing our work. The trademarks and logos displayed on our platforms are trademarks belonging to us, unless otherwise indicated. Any use including framing, meta tags or other text utilizing these trademarks, or other trademarks displayed, is strictly prohibited without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted in these terms or any express written license, are reserved by us. 

Your License to Us: By posting or submitting any material on or through our platforms such as comments, posts, photos, images or videos or other contributions, you are representing that you are the owner of all such materials and you are at least 18 years old. When you submit to us or post any comment, photo, image, video or any other submission for use on or through our platforms, you are granting us, and anyone authorized by us, an unlimited, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and/or publicly perform or display such contributions, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, now known or developed in the future, for any purpose, and granting us the right to make it part of our current or future platforms. This right includes granting us proprietary rights or intellectual property rights under any relevant jurisdiction without any further permission from you or compensation by us to you. You also grant us, and anyone authorized by us, the right and choice to identify you as the author of any of your comments, posts, photos, images, videos or other contributions by name, email address, or screen name. You acknowledge that we have the right but not the obligation to use any contributions from you and that we may elect to cease the use of any such contributions on our platforms at any time and for any reason.

Request for Permission to Use Content: Any request for written permission to use our Content, or any other intellectual property or property belonging to us, should be made BEFORE you wish to use the Content by completing by sending a message through our Contact Us Page and you must receive a detailed response and agreement from us. We very clearly state that you may not use any Content/platforms in any way that is contrary to these T&C unless we have given you specific written permission to do so. If you are granted permission by us, you agree to use the specific Content/platforms that we allow and ONLY in the ways for which we have given you our written permission. If you choose to use the Content/platforms in ways that we do not specifically give you written permission, you agree now that you will be treated as if you had copied, duplicated and/or stolen from us, and you consent to immediately stop all use of our content/platforms and to take whatever actions as we may request and by the methods and in the time frame that we prescribe to protect our intellectual property and ownership rights in our platforms.

You agree that you are using your own judgment in using our platforms and you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You agree and understand that you assume all risks and no results are guaranteed in any way related to our platforms. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions and results based on the use, misuse or non-use of our platforms. Our platforms and its Content are for informational, inspirational, and educational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you or others in connection with our platforms, including without limitation any liability for any accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or harm, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. You specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any other platform participant or user, including you.

COVID-19:  The safety of attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, charitable partners,   and staff remains our top priority. Our team continues to be in regular  communication with local health and public safety officials and we  intend to abide by relevant state recommendations to ensure a safe and  enjoyable event. As we approach each event we will continue to update  everyone with the important information, including any changes to  policies and procedures you need to know before entering the venue.  Updates will be shared on this page and via our email list. 

COVID-19  Warning and Assumption of Risk: We have implemented enhanced  guidelines, rules, regulations, and health and safety protocols for  everyone. You must follow all such protocols and posted instructions  while attending our events and programs. Help keep each other healthy.  Notwithstanding our best efforts, an inherent risk of exposure to  COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19  is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and  death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention,  senior citizens and guests with underlying media conditions are  especially vulnerable. By attending our events and programs, you  voluntarily assume any and all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 ,  and hereby release us, our partners, our contractors, our subsidiaries,  and our teams from liability in connection therewith.

Legal and Financial Disclaimer: Our platforms are not to be perceived or relied upon in any way as business, financial or legal advice. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so or for whom you have obtained the express consent to provide their name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the platforms. You agree to use the platforms for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only and not for speculative, false, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.You must use the platforms for lawful purposes only. You agree that you will not use the platforms in any of the following ways: For fraudulent purposes or in connection with a criminal offense or otherwise carry out any unlawful activity. To send, use or re-use any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, harmful, defamatory, obscene or menacing, threatening, objectionable, invasive of privacy, in breach of confidence, infringing of any intellectual property rights, or that may otherwise may injure others. To send, negatively impact, or infect our platforms with software viruses or any other harmful or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any spam, whether intended or not. To cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety. To impersonate any third party or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your contributions/participation. To reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of our platforms in a way that is not in compliance with these T&C or any other written and signed agreement with us.

Online Commerce Certain sections of the platforms may allow you to make purchases from us or from other merchants. If you make a purchase from us on or through our platforms, all information obtained during your purchase or transaction and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us, the merchant, and our payment processing company. Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any affiliate, individual or company found on or through our platforms, all purchase terms, conditions, representations or warranties associated with payment, refunds, and/or delivery related to your purchase, are solely between you and that merchant. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, refunds, or other matters of any sort that incurred as the result of such dealings with a merchant. Payment processing companies and merchants may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies and Merchants. In addition, when you make certain purchases through our platforms, you may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of a payment processing company, Merchant or us that specifically apply to your purchase. Strict NO Refund Policy: Your satisfaction with our Platforms, Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Platforms, Programs, Products, Services, we have a NO Refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Platforms, Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Platforms, Programs, Products, Services, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. In the rare instance a refund is approved (at our sole discretion) it is issued in net 30 days from approval. The approval will be revoked if a chargeback/dispute is done before the 30 day period is complete. 

Termination: We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our platforms, in full or in part, at any time without notice nor compensation or refund of any kind. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access our platforms affected by such cancellation or termination. In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us. For our General HERstory Connections members, if you unsubscribe from  our emails at any point your membership(s) will be immediately canceled  as well as access to all of our platforms with NO refunds given  whatsoever and no notification from us as this membership tier is  required to receive emailed and/or text ads and offers. The restrictions imposed on you in these T&C with respect to the platforms will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or us.

We value and respect your privacy. We want to be  transparent about how we use your personal information and your rights  to control your data. When you use our services, you consent to us  collecting, using, and disclosing your data as described herein.
 

It describes our policies on collecting, storage of data, use, sharing  and disclosure of information collected from you directly or indirectly  about you. It applies to all products and services offered by us  including our mobile application, contests, and other services  communicated through our emails and website(s).
